Osteocare Liquid provides a rich source of calcium in a smooth, great tasting liquid, for efficient absorption into the body. This is carefully combined with co-factors including magnesium and vitamin D3 which is essential for the effective calcium utilisation.
| Directions | Children: (1-2 years) 1 teaspoon twice daily. Children: (3-12 years) 2 teaspoons 2-3 times daily. Adults: (men & women) 2 teaspoons twice daily. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: 2 teaspoons twice daily is recommended. 1 teaspoon is equal to approx. 5ml. |
