How to place one Nasal Strip across the bridge of your nose?

Directions	Apply Nasal Strip before going to bed as follows: Wash & dry your nose Place one Nasal Strip across the bridge of your nose. Apply to skin, smooth sides by pressing down to ensure good contact Remove slowly in the morning (if desired, the strip can be removed while washing your face)
Warnings	For external use only Do not use over sores, sunburnt or irritated skin Do not use for more than 12 hours per day If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use Keep out of reach of small children Please note: There is no guaranteed cure for snoring.
