Directions

Dosage
Ideally use at a different time to brushing. For adults and children aged 6 years and over. Rinse daily with 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) around and between the teeth for one minute and spit out. Avoid drinking, eating or rinsing mouth for 15 minutes after use.
