No need to reapply after showering, swimming or sport.

Directions	Shake bottle. Apply nightly, wash as normal in the morning. Do not reapply. Once perspiration is under control, you may be able to reduce to 3 times a week. For full instructions, see the enclosed leaflet.
Ingredients	Aqua, Aluminum Zirconium Tetrachlorohydrex, PPG-75 Stearyl Ether, Cyclomethicone, Propylene Glycol, Steareth-2, Steareth-21, Aluminum Sesquichlorohydrate, Aluminum Chlorohydrate.
